GV Auto Collision ("we", "us") runs this website. This policy explains what information we collect through it and how we use it.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details, insurance details, claim number, location for towing, and anything you write to us, when you use our estimate form or our virtual assistant, Sofia.
- Photos and messages you send us by WhatsApp, text or email.
- Basic technical data: like any website, our hosting provider may log your IP address and browser type for security.
How we use it
- To contact you about your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule towing, inspection or repair.
- To handle your insurance claim, at your request: we share the information needed for the claim with the insurance company and adjuster.
- To keep records of the work we do, as required by law.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with insurers and adjusters involved in your claim, towing and rental partners when you need them, and service providers who help us run our business (website hosting, email, customer records, WhatsApp). They may use it only to provide those services.
Our virtual assistant
Sofia is an automated assistant, not a person. It asks questions to understand your request and passes your answers to our team. A member of our team follows up with you.
Your choices and rights
