Toggle policies from Farmers are being moved to the 21st Century brand. If your card says Toggle or 21st Century, the claim goes through the same Farmers claim service.

You choose the shop, not 21st Century

California's Auto Body Repair Consumer Bill of Rights says it plainly: an insurance company can't require you to have the repairs done at a specific body shop. You also have the right to a written, itemized estimate, to know what your policy covers for towing, storage and a rental car, and to get your own estimate from a registered shop while your claim is open.

Whatever the brand, California law is the same: an insurer can’t require a specific repair shop. Tell the adjuster you’ve chosen GV Auto Collision.

Both drivers with Farmers companies?

It’s common in LA for one driver to have 21st Century and the other Farmers, Mercury or Bristol West. Each car is still its own claim with its own claim number. Send us yours, and we deal with the right adjuster.

How we handle a 21st Century claim at GV

1. Tow or drop-off. If the car can't be driven, we tow it to our shop in Downtown LA for free when we do the repair.
2. Photos and teardown. We document all the damage, including what's hidden behind the bumper and panels.
3. Estimate and adjuster. We send the estimate and photos to 21st Century and work directly with the adjuster.
4. Supplements. If more damage shows up during the repair, we send 21st Century a supplement for approval before we continue.
5. Repair and report. Factory procedures, color-matched paint, a written report with photos at pickup, and a 3-year warranty on body and paint.
